Invulnerability Issue

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hello there.

I have been enjoying BG: Enhanced Edition but have recently run into what I believe is some kind of bug. All my characters have a status that reads: "Invulnerable Negative." All of their strength numbers are maxed out at 25 and they can each carry 1600lbs. I have not entered any console commands nor have I hacked it in any way. I wonder if I just missed some kind of blessing/curse/hex that an NPC gave me or if this is an actual bug. I have rested, tried to use remove curse, etc and the Invulnerable status remains as do the high strength numbers.

Sorta annoying, as I don't like to use exploits.

Any help, advice, eye-rolling, scoffing, and "tsk-tsking" would be appreciated.

    It's the Story Mode.
    Go to the options and unflag it

    I think I just realized that after starting a new game. UGH... I did not have it in story mode. How the heck did it switch to story mode in the middle of the game? I think I read a comment regarding that somewhere. Poo!

    It's a bug, they are working on it.
