Imoen Bug BGEE

I'm playing a multiplayer game with a friend and imoen is in the friendly inn we are trying to get her into the party but she won't talk to us. Our rep is 11.

I searched these forums and I see someone else has this bug in 2012 I guess it was never fixed.
