Cant update BG:EE 2

Today I finally got around to update, and it downloads for maybe a few seconds to a minute at most before going back to "Connecting" I know my internet is fine. I managed to force most of the download because when it would stop I'd pause is unpause it and it would work for another minute or so, but now im at the end of the download 2.5/2.5 maybe 98%-99% It just stays connecting!
