What Happens if you let certain npcs in the temple of bhaal... [spoilers]

Are there any consequences to...

letting the Cyric NPCs in the temple of Bhaal live? I slaughtered all of the Cyric worshippers and the high priestess of Cyric because Cyric is an evil deity, but it doesn't look like I necessarily had to. Most of them were content to let me explore the temple, and the high priestess actually rewarded me for taking out the mindflayer and gave me the wardstone

letting the former Bhaal priestess that you can free live? I told her to go and repent for her earlier crimes, and she said she would try and left the temple. Does she show up later ever?

killing the green dragon? haven't tried to kill it yet, but might since it has lots of treasure...

If you kill the dragon you get some nice items and you can have the scales made into armor, a shield, or some third option (I want to say a cloak but I don't remember for sure). I went with the armor but wound up regrething that as it was not useful to any of my party.

If you kill the green dragon you can taunt its sister (the other priestess) with the scales as proof of the deed. Fun for evil characters

The dragon scale armor is pretty decent. I gave it to Glint so he could still use his thief skills, and he has something like a -5 ac now, and is immune to poison. The green dragon is a lot easier if you come at it from the east side, since the wyverns aren't in the way. Use haste and invisibility. The mysterious hooded man will comment on you setting the priestess free, but I haven't seen any other effects from that action.

Something related - from discussion with Madele, the maddened priestess of Bhaal, we learn of Harper raid followed by a successful attempt to steal the children from the temple. Could it be that the temple we actually get to be in is the one we have been rescued from by Gorion?

Interesting! I didn't pick up on that but it sounds like a reasonable guess.

I'm not sure about the other two. But you can bring this up at your trial at the end as evidence in your favor (or against you, if you didn't tell her to repent)

@decado It seems very plausible to me. The dialogue is very on-point if you connect it to your biography and what you learn in BG 1. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the very same temple.
