Regarding a Certain Character Supposed to Appear in Bodhi's Lair...

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Based on earlier reports during BG2's original development, it seemed Artemis Entreri was supposed to appear in Bodhi's lair of you recruited Drizzit. However, this didn't actually occur in the original game.

Did Beamdog put this encounter back in I hope? If not, what was the reason?

    Beamdog didn't, but I'm pretty sure you can either find that in the BG2 Unfinished Business mod or the Tweak Pack.

    They probably left it out because Artemis Entreri should wipe the floor with your entire group in moments
