[BG2EE] Restore Artemis Entreri Encounter

So, supposedly Entreri was supposed to appear in Bodhi's Lair if you recruited Drizzit, but the original BG2 developers removed the content at the last minute. Could it be restored? If not, how come?

I know there are mods that restore it, but given that it was originally intended it would seem right to put it back in the game.
