Crash to Desktop on Two different Macs

So I have a reproducible crash to desktop on two different Macs right when you try to save your first game (single player mode, fresh game/no import). I reached out on Twitter to ask where to go for help, and was directed to support. I filed a ticket w/support (#18515) on 4/1/16 including all the crash reports and some detail around the crash. Reproduced it several times trying different scenarios and on two different machines, updating the ticket each time.

The ticket is still not even assigned to anyone. Is there a different contact address I should be using for support or should I post this stuff in the Redmine area instead?
