No longer able to steal from fences?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I just loaded up the 2.0 patch for BG2:EE and I can no longer steal from the fences. Is this intended because I dont remember reading this in the patch notes.

    If it is so, it is a fix that was long overdue IMHO.

    Still possible. Loaded my save near Black Market Thief (Docks) and stealed a few things from her. The interface just has been changed: "Steal" button has been moved to other place.
