Few questions about BGEE v2.0.62.2

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
1) I've played with custom soundsets all these years, throughout the original games and enhanced editions of both BG and IWD with no problems. But when I started a new game in this version, the selecting sounds don't work (other sounds work); they only work for the soundsets included in the game. Did they change something and now the game doesn't recognize the sounds?

2) The hotkey customizing menu still is missing some spells (stoneskin, entangle). I thought they were supposed to be added? I really hope at least in BG2 I'll have all the spells, or at least most of them.

    I have heard that 2.0 has caused problems with mod compatibility. I can't really recite specifics, however.

    But the sounds aren't from a mod. I just downloaded the .wav's and put them on the "sounds" folder. It's been working until now.
