The Trial quest

I am to investigate Corinth's actions. I've spoke to Corinth, Ravoc, Delton, Valis and Damarr but journal says I should investigate further. Is there any actual proof of Corinth's innocence or am I supposed to make the judgment myself based on what all those people said ?

You might have to speak to some people multiple times and might have to try a few different options. Sometimes what one person tells you leads to new dialogue options for another person.

I also had problems with this quest, but ultimately I solved it. The turning point seemed to be:
After speaking with the dwarf I got the option to confront Corinth about his family having lived in that village, and at some point he confessed to it. However, I think it was only a particular combination of dialogue options while talking to Corinth that had him confess. Maybe it was also necessary to speak to him multiple times to let the pressure rise high enough for him to break down...

He admitted he's done but according to journal I still should talk to more people. I could just talk to Leopas and finish the quest but I was just wondering if there is anything I'm missing or is it just a bug ?

Good question. I think I simply talked to Leopas at that point because I also had no idea where to get new insights from.

You might have to do this a couple of times...

I got CHARNAMES charisma up to 18 using Friends, and spoke to Corinth after finding out he had family in the town. I think it has to be CHARNAMES not someone else in your party. I told him I knew he had family there (Option 2 - I understand... ), then asked him again (Option 3 - You try to make... ), then told him to admit his guilt (Option 3 - Admit your guilt...).
If it's worked he will say "Ah, gods help me..." and admit all. You then have to choose how you deal with it... You can tell on him, bribe him, blame Valis... I told him I would protect him and then told them that it was Valis, killed her (4000xp), and afterwards told him he was a proud man. He said he would leave the crusade, gave me his bow and REP +1.
