HLA and Guard summon mods?

Hi,

I'm playing a BGEE 2.0 solo run with XP cap removed. I've hit HLA levels and now I cannot levelup. The button is greyed out. Is there a mod that implements HLA for 2.0?

I'm also on the lookout for a mod that disables guard summoning while looting houses. Has such a mod ever been created?
