Will changing to a male with EE keeper let me romance Viconia?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
If I were to use EE keeper to change from female to male, would I be able to romance Viconia and other females?

If it helps, I just got out of Irenicus's dungeon.

    It will work, if you do it before meeting her for the first time.

    Edit: oh, but there's another issue. If wanna be good aligned, and keep her in the party, there a way do so without disrupting the romance?

    Don't go above 18 reputation and you'll be fine.

    As for alignment much further in the game:
    In ToB, if romanced, she can become True Neutral
