bug at litch fight. Minor spoilers

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
So for some reason when i attempt to destroy the litchs phylactory, it also deletes my scroll case. ive repeated this bug twice. And unfortunately it deletes all content therein. Another glitch. If you are attempting to setup a multiplayer game and attempt to load a character in from a save versus character file... I crash everytime. Running an x99 system with win 8.1.
