Loading an existing game into Siege of Dragonspear?

Hello!

Is it possible to load an existing game into the new Siege of Dragonspear?

I'm in the middle of the game (BG1) and then Dragonspear was released... I don't wanna start a new game of course. Are there any known bugs that might occur if I simply load my "old save" playing the new expansion?

    Just copy the save folder you want from BG1\save to BG1\sodsave and then you can load it right up. I had a few issues with jewelry disappearing from some characters, but everything I put into a container object came through just fine.
