Dual class mage not working?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Dual classed Imoen to mage like always, but this time (first game of 2.0) upon reach the level where she would regain her thief skills, they were all base, not what they were when she dualed. Also she didn't regain the weapon prof she had as a thief.
Is this a known bug with 2.0?

    I had no issues when I started a new 2.0 BGEE run and dual classed Imoen.

    I can confirm this is most definitely happening. Pretty severe bug. However, my Imoen lost her points in all her thieving skills before I even tried to duel class her. I loaded my game yesterday, she was a level six Thief and I noticed I was having a hell of a time unlocking anything. I checked her stats and they were all reset to default values.

    So now this save is entirely screwed because I have no idea when it happened.

    I was able to dual-class her just fine on my Paladin's file, only taking the time to facepalm myself when I forget to set it to where she was detecting traps again automatically.

    Weird how the bugs are so hit-and-miss.
