Hello!

I know this shall involve major spoilers but can someone tell me which party members from BG:EE return in SOD and can be recruited again?

    Safana
    Dorn
    Rasaad
    Jaheira
    Khalid
    Neera
    Viconia
    Baeloth
    Edwin
    and the new NPCs

    You will meet other folks but these are the joinable ones

    You meet the following all all refuse to join;
    Garrick - too busy trying to get laid
    Tiax - too insane
    Skie - she is present throughout the game doing other stuff
    Coran - gets annoyed with Safana and departs
    Imoen - currently dual-classing and therefore feels useless

    I think that's it...

    wut. you can't even fucking take imoen? I never have imoen NOT with me, so now I definitely won't buy this before the modders fixed it! hell this might be my call to contribute writing for a SoD Imoen NPC mod!

    Imoen annoys the hell out of me, so it's a blessing as far as I'm concerned! Did my last play through with Skie but looks like she is unavailable for SOD.

    You're welcome ;)

    If you are playing a game of BGEE with the intention of of starting an SoD run you might save yourself some pain by making sure both Khalid and Neera are at least level 2. This is due to a bug where these two will otherwise die - in particular Khalid dying to this bug is a gamebreaker as you cannot progress any further in the game.

    This will hopefully be fixed by the upcoming patch.

    Just smashed through 4 play thoughs in the past few months so no more on the cards as of yet but good to know about that glitch though.

    It appears not, and no Branwen either. Quite prefer those two over Khalid and Jaheria in a good party
