Game crashes on rest

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I have installed Baldur's Gate EE and Siege of Dragonspear and the game keeps crashing on rest. It does not appear to be an inventory issue (as was the case in https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/22916/game-crashing-on-rest) - I have tried loading previous saves where resting was not an issue and removed any new items picked up along the way, to no avail. Once I realised that the game would crash on rest after Dorn and Shar-Teel fought each other.

I have attached my save game in hope that someone may be able to help me. I have not installed any mods, but have been using EE Keeper.

    Does it crash or does it stop responding?

    The problem that I can see is that it's trying to heal the party on rest, which means it has to go through each characters spells and check each effect in each memorization slot to see if they have a healing effect, which means... that it has to go through all the effects for Dorn's 348 innate spells for each character... which is gonna take forever and a day.

    If you tone down on that a bit you might have a better time.
