Power Word: Sleep broken? ahhh, just looks that way

Edit: Never mind, the PW:S effect just seems to take a turn to actually apply, so targets sometimes appear to get up and move a bit before they finally fall. It's just a bit confusing to see them get up and move after "unconscious" is applied to them.
