Dragonspear - The Creeping Darkness

I'm almost positive i had the scroll before, but i don't have it and neither do my party members, I have a bad feeling i dropped it by mistake. is there a console command to spawn it?

Thanks, will achievements still work after using console?

Also, Debug mode seems active but the console won't come up with Ctrl+Space.
