Where are the text files for quests and journal entries located?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'm using DLTCEP, and locating the dialog and script files was easy enough, but the text files for quests and journal entries are proving difficult to find. Anyone know how to access those files for editing?
