Unable to save anymore

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
As soon as I save(quick save or regular save), the game crashes :neutral:

I made no changes to the game, and it worked fine untill it didn't anymore...

    No crash report? What does your save folder look like? Does the game get saved?

    EDIT: We will get it to work eventually, there is probably alot of ways to fix this, I just need some more info. Share everything.

    Well I do get the crash dump file, how can I read that?

    Save folder looks normal I guess, it's not saving the game before the crash.

    edit: so I did some more digging, in SP saving works fine, it's just the multiplayer that is broken, and now some of my quick saves have just vanished from the loading menu :/

    So it apears that the characters are broken, as soon as Import any character I created in 2.0, the game refuses to save :/ (I can play with him without problems, but as soon as I save...)

    All of this happened after 2.1 patch
