[BUG] Viconia not leveled appropriately

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I added Viconia in the camp and she is level 2 with no option to level up. This doesn't seem appropriate.

    Did you grab her in BG1 at some point and leave her at lvl2?
