Are the Gauntlets of Dexterity found anywhere in SOD?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
One party member starts with the Gauntlets of Ogre Strength, so I am wondering if the Gauntlets of Dexterity are found in the game, either on a party member or anywhere else.

    Dex items yes. Straight up anyone can use set your dex to 18 dex gauntlets NO. Only way to have them is finish BGEE with them on you or another player made character. NPC's I am not so sure about.
