Translations: customizable installation

Hi guys,
Kinda small request that will probably only concern non English speaking players but I think is important enough (at least for me) and probably not too hard to do:
I was quite sad when I heard that the new voice acting was not going to be translated. That means that if I install the game in French, I will have some voices in French, others in English and for consistency reasons and immersion, that is something I would really like to avoid.
On the other hand, I don't want to install everything in English for obvious reasons.
What I would like to see is some way, at least at install time and preferably in game options to choose what I want to be translated. Basically, I want to be able to say: I want all my texts in French and all the voices in English without it being an hassle.
