Baldurs Gate mod about "back to Sword Coast" and old places from BG1.

Hello, im know mods doesn't feel good with update 2.0 and 2.1, but i still got my old version by CD, im done BG:EE and now SoD, now i want to go BG2:EE, anyway i got some mods but i have only one question about mod which i maybe need.

And i see he can travel into old places from BG1 (Nashel, Candlekeep etc.) how this mod called ??

Im know he showing the big one which called World of Baldurs Gate but i want only just one of them.

Or please answer me for two questions if u can :)

1. How called this one mod which allow me to back into old places
2. "World of Baldurs Gate" Work only with older version Baldurs Gate 2 + Throne of Bhaal or its worked also with BG2: EE ?
