BG:EE & BGII:EE (and SoD?) mod for removing race limitation on dual classing?

I can't seem to find something like this. Does anyone have a mod (or where to remove the check/how to EEKeeper this) if it exists?

And while I'm at it, any recommendation for removing gender restrictions on romances in those games?

I was kind of hoping I could just edit or add an override file specifically. That program involves running a binary, which is really the last thing I'd like to do.
