Help! bug from SoA to ToB

I just killed Irenicus in Hell, but Minsc died in the process (may the gods help his soul). He was restored when the Queen revived me, but his gear seems to still be in hell!? The game continues and ToB begins, but no sign of all the magical stuff I invested on the poor bastard!
