Anyone have a working version of Cromwell's Smithy?

I used to like to fiddle around with items in this program, it was easy enough for someone like me to figure out!

Does it exist anywhere....?

    Did there ever exist a fully working version? I started out trying to use that, but it just wouldn't save certain settings (such as enchantment bonus), so I switched to DLTCEP.
