Water Elemental Summoning

Does anyone know how to write up a spell of Summoning for a Water Elemental?

I cannot seem to figure out how to make it work...
The spell casts and upon completion, the game crashes.
Worked on it for a few days now, don't know what I'm missing. >.<


Side Note:
Is it possible to make Druidic spells to go haywire with Wild Magic?

    There is a Water Elemental .cre file in SoD, I've been working on a Summon spell for the file within SoD.

    bdwe1str.CRE
    That should be the file.


    So there is no way to write up a version that causes Priest spells to behave the same way?
