Glint Disappeared from Coalition Camp?

[mild spoilers for chapter 10]

So I have reached chapter 10 with Glint in my party. I noticed that there was a group of goblins in the entrance to the underground river area so I went back to camp and swapped him out for M'khiin. I proceeded through until I got to the underground caves area and discovered another of Glint's relatives. Hoping to get a few more lines of dialogue out of her, I reloaded my autosave just before I entered the area and traveled back to the Coalition Camp.

After about half an hour of searching, I'm pretty sure that Glint is gone. He's not where he's supposed to be, by the entrance, and I can't find him anywhere else in camp. I read in another thread that there was an issue with characters despawning if you change areas while they're trying to complete an action, so I'm worried that that could have happened.

If he is indeed gone from my game, how do I get him back, and will he have any of his equipment on him? I have previous saves with him still in my party, but I would lose a lot of progress :'(

Also, this is my first time posting on this forum and I'm not sure if this belongs in the SoD board or in the Troubleshooting one.

I have noticed that characters who die, even off-screen won't appear again (this happened when khalid tried to save the fort while I came from the south....all of the fort guys died were killed before I even got to them)

I must assume that the game must have treated Glint as dead and hence didn't spawn him.

Did you see the "leaving the party" dialogue, and if so did you ask Glint to wait or return to camp? What is your rep after M'khiin joined the party?

Pretty sure I had the dialogue and I told him to wait, but I was in the camp so i figured that would be the right thing to say? My reputation went down by 2 after M'khiin joined.

That's it then. If your rep is too low good npcs leave perminantly, as do evil npcs if your rep is too high.

A work round would be to send Glint back to camp BEFORE inviting M'kliin to join. (or just try being less mean).

No, I mean my reputation went down to 18. I doubt that would be enough to do it?

Is there a way that I can spawn a copy of Glint into my game? At this point I'm fine with losing the gear I gave him, I just want to get the extra lines of dialogue. It would be a shame to miss out on his plot after I'd kept him with me for so long.

I have a similar problem with M'khiin: he never shows at the Bridgeford camp, so I never got a chance to recruit him.
