Add fire/ice bolts from SoD to BGEE and BG2EE

It would be great to see these ammo options also become available in the other games for crossbow-users. I seem to recall elemental darts receiving a similar introduction in store inventories from an earlier BGEE patch.

    Darts were underpowered in BG1 before that, especially since the strength bonuses for other thrown weapons all got implemented. Crossbows, by contrast, are non underpowered in BG2EE right now.

    Yes, this is a good point. But compare arrows to bolts. Arrows are the clear winner due to their more numerous tactical options in BGEE and RoF. Even by adding cold/fire bolts to EE, arrows of dispelling/detonation/acid still trump the early game crossbow ammo.
