Cannot complete the kangaxx quest

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
When i try to open the sarcophagus of the two liches who posses the golden arms and legs, and the golden torso, the pop up texts "Sanctioned wizard" appears.




At first i thought "cool, they have updated the quest a bit" so i went to the government distirct, and bought a licens from the coweld wizards. That did'nt work

I have already gotten the quest from kangaxx himself.

Is there something I'm missing? Is it a bug? or is one of my mods inteferring?

I use the Tweak pack, and item randomizer, but currently only thoose.

Have anyone else encountered this?

    That looks like a mod issue. Did you start a new game after installing mods or continue an existing game? I have seen existing games show this problem where new games started post-mod install don't.
