Some quests I completed are not showing finished. (possible spoilers)

Some quests I completed are not showing finished. For example, Jan's quest does not say finished even if I have saved the ill girl. Another one is Rasaad's quest after finishing the Heretic Temple. Is it because some other stuff will happen later ?

    For Jan, there is nothing else in SoA, no clue about ToB though I don't expect anything.

    Rasaad's should be done though.
