Portraits

So I just started up new game and installed all my normal mods. For some reason Imoen still has her BG1 portrait, so that means the mod didn't work. So is there a button I can press or something to change the portrait to the BG2 one or do I physically have to make the change in EEkeeper?

Is this a mod for the original game? Chances are that the portraits have the wrong dimensions then; in BGEE I think they must be 210x330 or something along that scale. Also, they must match with the file name they are supposed to override.

@fkirenicus nah these mods have worked on the EEs before. Must be the new update screwing things up.

    2 things.
    1) Are any of the NPC portraits in your Documents/Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition folder?
    2) Are you sure that the mod installed the portraits correctly?

@rapsam2003 it was the NPC project, it said the installation was complete. I can't check my docs folder right now, I'm at work.

Strange thing is the other portraits installed. The ones for non joinable characters.

Actually, I think these go to the game\override folder, not the Documents\BGEE folder.
(Or, to be more precise: PC portraits go to the Documents\BGEE\portraits folder, whereas NPC portraits go to the game\override folder).

Well, the reason I bring it up is because I recently had an issue when I put new replacement portraits in for Neera. However, the Large portrait (the one on the character screen) for Neera was still showing the old replacement portrait. I discovered that was because there was a NeeraL.bmp that I had put in Documents\BGEE\portraits to use later for a PC. I didn't realize that I forgot to rename NeeraL.bmp to something else, and the game was using the one in Documents.
