Lvl 40 spells mod

Are there any mod to 2.1 version, which improves the spells that scale with level above level 20 to 40? Its annoys me to limited the scaling abilities to the single class caster do not gain adventage over multis, but its an artifical limit.

Spell-50 does what you're asking for, but this is one of the oldest mods in existence and whether it works at all is a whole other story.
