A question about the android release *other* than the release date (for once)

SoD's implementation on the PC is very weird. Rather than being an expansion in the traditional sense, it feels more like a standalone game with BG1 included as a "bonus".

I'm curious how it will work on the phone/tablet platforms. Will it be an in-app purchase for BG1EE (like the companions)? Or will it be a separate purchase that will have BG1EE in it, like on the PC?

The reason I ask is because a friend of mine was looking into buying the set for his phone, and I don't know if I'd be wise to advice him to hold off until SoD gets released... someday.

However, if you can give us any info on the Android/iOS releases, I'm sure there are many of us who are hungry for news. The best part of the EE re-release, in my opinion, has been the fact that I can play it wherever the heck I am. It is so very, very sweet.

    I was also curious about this. I plan to buy SoD for my iOS devices when it comes out.

    I am incredibly eager for to get this for android, and know if I need to be checking the IAP for SoD or be looking be on the lookout for BGEE updates in the Playstore.

    I kind-of just assumed that it would be an in app purchase like the rest of the dlc. How big is it on PC/ mac?

    I wonder if it would be easier to get it approved via apple like that.
