BG1EE: Proficiency not registering

I'm running a Kensai in BG1EE and her proficiencies aren't registering, I have 3 dots in Two Weapon Fighting and 2 dots in scimitar/ninjato/wakizashi but the bonuses aren't coming through so my THAC0 is super high. Any way to fix this?

Edit: Upon further inspection it appears the proficiencies have disappeared entirely so that's awesome. Any way to restore them?
