Any way to read crash dumps?

Hi all. My BG:EE/SoD is crashing when I load any of my saved games almost immediately. It saves the crash dump but it's in binary so I can't read it using notepad++. (Well, I can but it doesn't really make much sense). Is there something that will decode this so I can find out why all of my saved games are crashing?
