Please help, Neera never spawn!(spoiler warning)

I talked to the captain, i explored whole map while solving the murder case. Now the case was solved but she still not showing up! Am i never able to trigger the event?

    She should show up during your transit to another area when you leave the Bridge District.

    Are you on a tablet version where she is a purchasable?
    Did her scene with the little girl and red wizardess play out or nothing happened at all?

    You're right, i triggered that scene on pc and transfer back to android, but again another new problem. Instead of arrive wild forest at southwest corner, i arrive at northeast where the broken bridge is.

    If Neera content is unpurchased on tablet you are bound to face bugs. Even when transferring saves between pc.

    If Neera content is bought, use 'restore purchases' from store menu to remind the game you have the add-ons.
