After re-installing BG1EE and SoD. I still get this glitch

    The changes to a.I. kinda irk me now. Im getting lots of mid weapon swapping or changing to spell casting and also other issues. I just find it very annoying to have to go through everyones scripts now tbh on every new game....Imoen casting spells in the dungeon right away bugs me too, always poorly timed...BAD IMOEN!.
    I also get the above mentioned bug sometimes too.

    Regarding (what I assume is the party AI button randomly turning on and off) do you find only happens during or immediately following combat? Or does it just kind of happen at any time.

    @elminster Its not turning on and off... the caption for both on and off is just AI Off and AI Off

    The same thing happens to me, i never know if it is on or not. I reported this when version 2 was first released.

    It's fixed and should be in the next update.
