I have had numerous conversations etc that have popped up as journal entries, but, when I open the journal they're not there. Is this an issue with the game?

    When you clear a quest, the game deletes old journal entries.

    I asked some time ago for a new feature to make the entries permanent since that way you can have the entire quest in your log and also a complete journal with the game entries and any entry you type yourself.
