Custom Casting Sounds for Characters

In the Spell files you are currently able to set the sound that plays when each individual spell is cast. I want to know are we currently capable of setting up custom casting sounds unique to a individual character when they cast certain spells? I know the engine checks your gender and bases your casting sound on that but could we alter this further. Currently I'm working on some Tales of Symphonia voice sets and i have voice files of certain characters casting spells that might otherwise go to waste.
