If I dual class at level 9, will I get the druidic spells of 4 and higher when I level as a cleric?

    Nope - rangers only get up to level 3 (its not so much only having access to level 3 spells it is the fact that druid spells are not so great until higher levels in regular bg2ee - really low level druid spell are horrible and have limited selection) but if you use SR (spell revision mod v4) which gives added spells for druids even being limited to 3 levels of spells provides a nice selection of druid spells.
