[Resolved] Weird male voice speech before even talking to Jaheira or Minsc

Seconds after start of game, main character (female Skald) speaks with a male voice and weird references to Gromnir Il-Khan from Throne of Bhaal:

All I've done is to import a final save from SOD and start in BG2EE. Steam verified the installation files as fine.

Is BG2EE full of such bugs? Or just the beta? This must be major corruption somewhere.

Switching between Imoen and main character, also Sarevok's voice is used sometimes. Main character tells quotes from other parts of the game.

    2.1.63.2 is also affected.

    Found the culprit: It's the main character's voice setting that is not converted/transferred correctly from SOD. Customizing the character and selecting a voice other than "default" also gets rid of those weird quotes.
