Hide In Plain Sight help please?

Hello. So, I was trying to make an item that adds the effect that allows shadowdancers to hide in plain sight... But I realized I didn't know it. Is it hardcoded or is there a class effect file, and if the latter, what is the file's resource? Thanks and have a great time!
