Original Baldur's Gate funding question.

How much money was invested into the making of Baldur's Gate 1/2 and their expansions? Does anyone know or where I could find this information? Is it even available? I'm just generally curious about it.

    From what I understand, they're unable to release that information due to contractual limitations.

    Oh! I see.

    Although Wizards of the Coast likely had a similar agreement regarding the original game as well.

    Typically the only time we mere peasants discover what the Gods of Publishing put into a game is when the project fails.
