[Bug?] No music during ToB epilogue scenes

I just finished my first complete run since SoD/2.0 came out and was aghast to discover that the music during the final NPC epilogue scenes is gone. At first I thought it must've been due to a mod I'm running, but even after reinstalling the game with no mods there was no music to be heard.
I am not sure if this is a bug or an intended change, though I'd be baffled if it was a conscious design choice. The epilogue track is hands down one of the most beautiful pieces on the whole soundtrack, one that makes me tear up every time I read through my party members' epilogues. Why anyone would find the epilogues better without it eludes my comprehension.
(In case anyone's confused, I'm talking about this track)
