SoD: reduce the availability of Potions of Extra Healing

replace a number (about 50%) of Potions of Extra Healing you find in the world with normal Potions of Healing
reduce the number of Potions of Extra Healing that you can pickpocket from characters you aren't likely to fight (many neutral characters) by a significant amount (i'd say 80%)

reasoning: there's so many of them that picking them up becomes a chore; you find more potions of healing in SoD than in SoA + ToB together under normal circumstances, it looks a bit silly
they're also very useful potions and being able to spam them in every fight trivializes other forms of healing (except for the Durlag's Goblet)

there are already a lot of Scrolls of Greater Restoration in SoD, that are excellent for healing during combat, but the player isn't stimulated to use them, because he's swimming in extra healing pots all the time.
