Drizzt custom char help?

Hey guys, it's me again. So, I made a character with drizzt's specifics and everything, but I can't find out how to add his dialogue lines and soundset to him. Any help? I'd rather not force join him and make him exportable, as he doesn't have a real class and frankly, that kinda sucks. Any way to edit this on Android, or PC? Android would be better, even if it's a grueling process, but I can use PC too.
