The new dialog window

I just started a new game today with the latest version of BGEE (last time I played was pre-2.0) and I've read about and seen screenshots of all the GUI changes but this was my first hands-on experience.

I also recently acquired a new computer screen with a higher res than my last one, so I decided to crank up the font size a bit to make things a bit more readable. Trouble is, the dialog window is so small, especially the, now separate, options area, and I can't even resize it. So as you can see from the screenshot below, I can't even fit 3 rows of options in the dialog box. Not sure if this was working as intended or not so that's why I just posted it here instead of the bug report forum.

tl;dr: What is this, a dialog box for ants?

    Try turning on "Scale User Interface" in the Graphics options.

    That kind of turns the whole GUI into a blurry mess.

    I decided to simply turn down the font size which seemed to have fixed the issue. Guess I'm just gonna have to live with the smaller text for now.
